WARRANTY

kingsons builds durable, ergonomic goods and proudly guarantees the quality and performance of our products.  Items with defects in materials and workmanship will be replaced or repaired at our discretion for the practical lifetime of the product.  If practical, product damaged through wear and tear, misuse, or neglect may be repaired or replaced with an item in the same or better condition for a reasonable charge.

WHAT IS COVERED?

Defects in materials and workmanship are covered for the practical lifetime of the product.  Materials refer to fabrics, zippers, buckles, webbing or any other components used in the building of our products.  Workmanship refers to seams and constructions that make up the “build” of the product.  Damage caused by wear and tear such as rips or tears, improper use or neglect, UV degradation is not covered under our policy.  At our discretion kingsons may repair or replace such goods for a reasonable fee.

PRACTICAL LIFETIME

Of course, wear and tear is a part of any life well-lived. However, materials will eventually fade or deteriorate and moving parts will wear out.  We will cover your product until such time as we deem the product to be worn out and beyond a reasonable repair.  In the event that you have taken your product to the brink and it is showing rips or tears, materials are thin or faded or the zippers no longer function we will take this into consideration when assessing your warranty request. Taking care of your goods will add to the lifetime of your product.  Please see the MATERIALS and CARE section found on the specific product page for information on how to wash and care for your equipment.  If you have loved your gear and put it through its final paces we hope you will purchase from us again.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

Got something that is broken and needs attention? Email info@kingsons.co and we will get back to you promptly.  In the event that we deem your claim is beyond the reasonable lifetime of the product we will reach out to you regarding any fees that may apply before proceeding.

SHIPPING COSTS  

Customers are responsible for shipping items to kingsons.  kingsons will cover return shipping costs on replacement or repaired items.  Please use a shipping service that can provide tracking information and proof of delivery.  kingsons is not responsible for goods lost or damaged during shipping.  

PRIOR TO SHIPPING

We can not repair dirty gear.  Dirt, sand, and grime do not mix well with sewing machines.  Please ensure your product has been cleaned as directed under the Materials and Care section on the product page prior to sending it to kingsons.  In the event that we receive dirty product we will send it back without repair.

*Please take care to not bend or fold backpacks into a shipping box or bag.  This may cause damage to the plastic frame sheet or aluminum stay.
